Our further investments will be directed both in the evaluation of existing facilities and in the expansion of capacities and acquisition of new facilities. The planned acquisitions are mostly already pre-negotiated and some have even been optioned. We are thus able to invest efficiently in a short period of time more than CZK 1.5 billion. Thanks to you, the fund's portfolio may grow to include several attractive spa hotels in Františkovy Lázně.
